2022 GSACS Annual Meeting – Invitation to Exhibit
The 2022 Annual Meeting of the Georgia Society of the American College of Surgeons (Tax ID # 58-6069424) and Obesity Day and Day of Trauma Meetings will be August 12-14, 2022, at The King and Prince Resort in St. Simons Island, GA.
We are seeking your support as a sponsor and as an exhibitor. We expect approximately 150 attendees. There are several sponsorship opportunities.
YOUR EXHIBIT SPACE FEE IS $2500 and includes
- Admittance of four representatives per table
- One 6’ skirted table and two chairs
- Admittance and introduction at the Saturday Exhibitors Breakfast where one of your representatives may address the attendees directly and invite them to visit your booth
- Opportunity to participate in the Surgical Skills Competition
- Admittance to Continental Breakfasts, Breaks, Receptions and Surgical Skills event
- Participation in the “Exhibitor Passport” game, where attendees collect signatures from each booth to enter to win a prize. (Prizes are NOT paid for with exhibitor fees)
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Gold Level – $10,000
- Opportunity for joint sponsorship of Saturday Night Family Fun Dinner.
- Recognition on meeting signage and meeting materials.
- Special recognition at the Exhibitor Showcase Breakfast.
- Recognition on the meeting app with company logo and contact information.

Silver Level – $5,000
- Opportunity for joint sponsorship of Friday evening Cocktail Reception or lunch on Saturday.
- Recognition on meeting signage and promotional materials.
- Special recognition at the Exhibitor Showcase Breakfast.
- Recognition on the meeting app with company logo and contact information.

Bronze Level – $3,500
- Opportunity for joint sponsorship of Sunday Continental Breakfast or Networking Break.
- Recognition on meeting signage and promotional materials.
- Special recognition at the Exhibitor Showcase Breakfast.

Exhibitor Level – $2,500
- Recognition in meeting program as an exhibitor.
- Exhibiting companies will be given a 6 ́ tabletop display, 2 chairs.
- Introduction as an exhibitor during the Saturday Exhibitor Showcase Breakfast.
Your company will receive recognition based on level of support on our Chapter meeting website, in various promotional materials and signage
